2. Services

We provide web design, web development, e-commerce solutions, search engine optimisation, and AI-powered social media marketing services. Our AI Marketing platform allows users to generate branded social media images and publish them to connected social media accounts.

3. Account Terms

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
  • One person or business per account.

4. AI Marketing Platform

  • Images generated through the platform are created using AI and are provided for your commercial use.
  • You retain ownership of your brand assets, logos, and content you provide.
  • We do not guarantee that AI-generated images will be free from errors or suitable for all purposes. You are responsible for reviewing content before publishing.
  • Monthly credit allowances reset at the start of each billing period. Unused credits do not roll over unless specified in your plan.
  • Bonus credit packs do not expire while your account remains active.

5. Social Media Connections

  • When you connect social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile, Bluesky, Threads), we store authentication tokens securely to post on your behalf.
  • You can disconnect any platform at any time from your dashboard settings.
  • We only post content that you explicitly approve or schedule.
  • We are not responsible for changes to third-party platform APIs that may affect posting functionality.

6. Payment Terms

  • Subscription plans are billed monthly via Stripe.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Credit pack purchases are non-refundable.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

  • Generate or distribute illegal, harmful, or misleading content.
  • Infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, exploit, or abuse the platform.
  • Share your account credentials with unauthorised parties.

8. Intellectual Property

All website designs, code, and platform features created by Proper Banging Web Design remain our intellectual property until full payment is received, at which point ownership of the deliverables transfers to you. The underlying platform, tools, and AI systems remain our property.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Proper Banging Web Design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless we are required by law to retain it.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
